Sevag is an experienced defence lawyer with extensive trial experience.

Having worked as a Federal Crown attorney, Sevag has first-hand experience with how the Crown handles cases. Sevag now focuses his practice solely on defence, representing individuals charged with domestic assault, impaired driving, and the most serious charges.

Sevag serves on the board of the Criminal Lawyers’ Association and is an active member of the Durham Region Lawyer’s Association. He is a graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School and McGill University.

After being called to the bar in 2016, Peter joined the firm as an associate lawyer. Peter practices exclusively in the area of criminal defence. Peter brings his expertise in constitutional rights to assist clients facing the most serious charges while maintaining a client-centred approach to advocacy at every stage of the proceedings.

Peter is a member of Criminal Lawyers’ Association and the Durham Region Lawyers’ Association. He is a graduate of the University of Windsor Faculty of Law, and recently completed his masters in the area of constitutional remedies at Osgoode Hall Law School.
